Thanks for a "fairly" evenly balanced article. . . The fact is many women lose everything for the sake of big boobs when they lose their health as a result . . . Not to mention the effects on their unborn children. . . If a man doesn't love his woman natural, he's the biggest boob of all!

Finally, someone mentioned the health issues. I can't tell you how wonderful it is as a woman with large breasts (and the associated health problems) to read this article. It may be a small paragraph, but it's more acknowledgment than this issue ever gets.

What the article didn't say was that breast implants perpetuate a culture of size-obsession, but most women who get implants do not suffer like naturally large breasted women. Fake boobs weigh less than real. Simple.

I believe the breast-implant fad should be combated and diversity celebrated by every means at our disposal: in the media, in school, by parents, and especially in pornography. Mr. Chernyavsky's article is a great first step.
