I understand that there is now a shot that you can give to gay's and lesbians that actually cure them. Therapy used to be the only way, now it appears we have a potential pill to help.

This discussion is bound to turn to religion. So hear goes. At the end of Genesis chapter 2 Adam looks at Eve and declares her to be bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh and for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. So to a christian, marriage is about becoming one flesh. The word "one" hear meaning complete or a whole. Seance the man has a penis and the woman has a vagina and the one fits with the other there is completeness.
You know, I don't know what to do with this concerning Homosexuals. It seams to me that there can never be more than 1/2 of a whole and that is what Marriage originally was meant to be. But then I believe in God. If you don"t then its just a word and maybe not worth fighting about. Maybe the yes and no on 8rs can come up with an agreement on words that violates no one's rights and is acceptable to both sides and stop all these propositions and lawsuits. Good grief, I couldn't even get into Sees Candy yesterday because there were so many no on 8rs protesting at the mall. What about the rights of sweet toothrs.
Ps. I'm very uncomfortable with hating someone because of there sin since I know that I'm far from perfect and very in need of rescue myself.

Finally, we see the meaning of 'tolerance' in the gay/lesbian community - it's to hate those who voted against what gays/lesbians want(much like spoiled children who don't get their way). I saw some of the coverage with gays targeting against churches/places where they oppose marriage for same-sex people and one thing that puzzles me: I didn't see any Christians or othes physically harassing, brutilizing, or abusing the gay/lesbians who joined in the protest; but I sure saw a lot of gay/lesbian people physically attack, hit, hurt, brutilize, and abuse Christians, and others who opposed Prop. 8. Why didn't the police in those states/instances arrest gay/lesbian people who physically hurt those who were against Prop. 8 - isn't that a 'hate crime' in reverse? I agree that people should not physically beat up/abuse those who are gay/lesbian; but neither should the gay/lesbian community be allowed to get away with being bullies, intimidating business owners, and physically harassing the churches/individuals who voted their conscience. Oh yeah, I forgot - the gay/lesbian community 'legally' paid the politicians/law enforcement officals to look the other way(more like bribery).
Sounds like the gay/lesbian communities are forcing people to give them what they want whether we, the people, like it or not. And that's 'tolerance'. I prefer the tolerance shown by Christians - at least they feed the hungry and give encouragement to the poor, instead of acting like spoiled children!!
