More Counseling Services Needed

Abstract:
This time of the school year is a stressful time for everyone, especially the workers at Sacramento State's Psychological Counseling Service Center. While students cram for finals and stress about everyday life, the Psychological Counseling Center is overwhelmed with demand and has contracted outside help....

More counselors? Seriously?
I never required the services of a therapist during my time at Sac State, and I really can't imagine why anyone would. I had just as many tough times as anyone else, yet somehow managed...
Shouldn't each student have an adviser to speak with anyway? This is why educational quality is constantly degraded...funds should be directed toward education, not costly and unneeded administrative staff.
