Sacramento reggae scene gaining popularity

Abstract:
Beyond your typical nightlife, discover a scene where the music makes you sway to a pulsating beat, a friendly, relaxed vibe fills the room and hordes of diverse people who seemed dazed by an artistic sound welcome you with open arms and smiles. Among the crowd are some people who call themselves "rastas," and they are typically representing the traditional Jamaican colors of red, yellow and green....

This is a great story, I knew reggae was popular but didn't know it had become "that" international!! I love reading feature stories and this one was both informative and well written. Great job.

Sacramento has quite a few reggae spots. I have those mention in the article posted on my site at IrieOne.com. IrieOne.com is an online source for reggae clubs throughout the US. The article forgot to mention Dancehall Frenzy at Caribbean Sunset and Dancehall Sundays at the Red Lion Hotel.
