I like the fact that Wiggio utilizes SMS. However, it's a pretty crowded market with tools like Yahoo Groups and Google Groups out there.

I just found a new roommate on RentSelect.com. It was easy to use and I was able to view all the profiles and chat with any one on the site at no cost. Pretty easy to use, and I like that you can put alot of info on your profile. :)
