Our generation's legacy will be one of vanity

Abstract:
I'll admit, before I bought my Motorola KRZR, I had my reservations. The fact that its front faceplate doubles as a mirror made me feel as if I were one purse short of becoming a lady. But I liked the other features the KRZR had to offer, so I cast my manhood aside and told myself I would never use the mirror; I bought the phone.
Now, from time to time, I find myself cautiously using this mirror to check my hair and teeth.



I don't blame myself though. I'm simply a product of a generation that has become fixated on the self....

I totally agree w/you Brandon! I've thought the same things and it's interesting to see your own view on it. Glad I'm not the only one that sees the adverse affects of technology & pop culture.

I loved this line,"Some people have 50 pictures on their profile, and 40 of them are just pictures of them alone. Don't you have any friends? It says here you have 267 friends."

WARNING!_when your 32(oh God! OLD) and engaged to that Senator candidate; expect the world to see those drunken pics of you flashing your (#*#S) at formal.

It's even greater that your Ex college sweetie felt attached to you enough to save them long enough to sell them to the TABS for a nice sum$$.
BUT HEY is it not worth it the advertise how HOT your (#*#s) LOOK NOW?? and get more HiTS on your My Space Page??
Make sure you use that point in your argument when you Fiancee wants to dump you due to scandal.
