Abstract:
The State Hornet decided to put Sacramento State and other education agencies to the test to see if they had achieved transparency through a public records audit with Californians Aware.
I have been investigating CalAware in connection with their many lawsuits against public education across the State. I was appalled to find their latest "audit" in conjunction with Sac State.
I urge you to inform all the schools involved in this "sting" that CalAware is a vicious litigator who had made a pile of money off of schools across the State (including my kid's school district, Pasadena Unified).
This audit is merely giving CalAware more fodder for future lawsuits!
