Thanks for the article Todd. It's a shame to see such a short-sighted move by the government of California. What they really need to do is to cut wasteful spending... there's so much bureaucracy and money going towards special interests it's disgusting.

There is no more important investment for California than students they are the intellectual infrastructure of California.
