Abstract:
Like most Sacramento State students, I do not ponder the quality of the food choices on campus until I hear frogs in my stomach. At that point, my biggest concern is how close is it and how fast I can eat it.
I decided that this year would be different. During the first few weeks of the semester I made a conscious effort to sample more foods on campus. ...

One gripe for your list: Saigon Bay may taste good to you, but man, when you've had the best, it's hard to eat somewhere so far from the top.
Better pho restaurants:
1. Pho King 2 - The King for a reason; see my old article.
2. Hoa Viet - sacrilegious to most people, but it's still better than
3. Pho Saigon - which has the quantity to push it ahead of
4. Pho Anh Dao - this belief would get me killed in some circles on campus, but whatever. It doesn't compare to its neighbor King 2...but is still three steps up over Saigon Bay.
Basically, if you don't eat in the Union food court, you're good to go. Unless you like garbanzo beans, samosa, and their Chicken Masala, then you should go eat at Mother of India. If Indian food isn't your thing: just stay away.
