Enterprises closes deal for $6.25 million University Enterprises, Inc. sold the Adams office building at 7750 College Town Dr. in the Campus Commons area to the Tcherkoyan Family Trust for $6.25 million. Adela Moreno said she is blessed that her son Nicolas, 13, and daughter Tina, 11, were accepted into the Smiles for Kids program coordinated by the Sacramento District Dental Society. The Smiles for Kids event took place Saturday at 27 private dentist offices throughout the Amador, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento and Yolo counties. (1) comment

If you are tired of waiting in long lines at the beginning of the semester to purchase a parking permit, University Transportation & Parking Services has come up with a solution. UTAPS now offers services that allow students, faculty and staff the ability to purchase parking permits, pay parking citations and appeal parking citations online. (1) comment

Associated Students Inc. has stepped up its marketing efforts with the launching of an official newsletter in an attempt to make itself more visible to the student population.
