A 20-year-old Sacramento State student died at 5:55 p.m. at UC Davis Medical Center on Wednesday from a 1 a.m. shooting at the Library Eats and Drinks bar. Coroner officials identified the victim this morning as Kebret Tekle. The sophomore journalism major was member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, a black sorority, and a committee chair for the National Pan-Hellenic Council. A Sacramento State female student is on life support as a result from a Tuesday night shooting at the Library Eats and Drinks bar, located across from the university's Folsom Boulevard entrance, according to multiple sources. The 20-year-old victim was a junior journalism major and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, a black sorority, campus officials said.
