Henry, 20, competed against 14 other women before being crowned Miss Sacramento County 2008 on Feb. 2 in the annual competition. Sacramento State Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Tarvish Felton pled no contest to driving under the influence today in Sacramento County Superior Court.
