   		        <description>A man is being held in Sacramento County Main Jail after an off-duty Sacramento County sheriff&apos;s deputy caught him holding a can of beer while driving. The man, in his attempt to get away from the deputy, got in his car and drove off. The cop grabbed onto the car and was dragged about 50 feet, suffering minor injuries.
